Trained at Fort Snelling, Minnesota April 6 to 16th, 1943; April 16 to July 1st at Camp Grant, Illinois; July 1st moved to Fort Dix, New Jersey.

Overseas: March 1, 1944. 

Theatre of Operations: England, France and Belgium.

Rank: Technician 5th Grade (Corporal)

Total Months in Service: Twenty.

Killed in action by a robust bomb in the pharmacy laboratory of the 15th General Hospital, November 24, 1944 of the First Army. (Near Auchen.)
