Engagements: Invasion of Normandy, France. 

Rank: Private First Class.

Total Months in Service: Twenty-six.

Killed in action, June 13, 1944, in Normandy, France. Was stationed in Great Britain from January 1944 to June 6, 1944. 

Was awarded the Sharpshooter Badge and Good Conduct Ribbon while in training and the Purple Heart posthumously.
